Burnt Bridges (Scheduled Release: October 31, 2025)
To have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish, till death us do part.....
These are the vows that most people commit to when they get married. But based on the statistics, these vows are only stuck to by fewer than 50% of the people who make them. Xavier and Rhonda Curry have tried to not become a part of this statistic. Unfortunately, the disrespect that Xavier has had to endure from his stepdaughter during the seven year marriage makes sticking to these vows nearly impossible.
Xavier would love to turn to his wife, Rhonda, for support, but she spends more time making excuses for her daughter than standing up for Xavier. To make matters worse, although Sierra's biological father, Malachi, is incarcerated, he's controlling Sierra and Rhonda like a mob boss who still calls the shots from behind bars.
So, imagine Xavier's surprise when on the day their divorce is about to be finalized, Rhonda has the audacity to ask Xavier for a favor that could make him the biggest jerk walking if he says "no" or the biggest "simp" if he says "yes".
It's been said that you should never burn a bridge you may have to cross again. Rhonda and Sierra are unashamedly trying to see if there is any truth to that cliché.
